Approval in the individual case (ZIE)

The approval in the individual case is dealing with a specific building permission of building products and construction methods, for which there exist no building codes or a generally recognized state of art, in particular no DIN standards.

Membrane structures are no regulated construction methods although the textile materials as building products are normally regulated.  The application forms for approval have to include the required technical and structural verifications.
