Domes and Shells

Domes are synclastically curved shells, which were already used with great success by the ancient builders for a variety of building types. Even today modern glass domes bestow upon the buildings symbolic elevation and dignity.

IF-group uses a triangulation method that produces a highly homogeneous glass-surface made out of triangular and square meshes. Parameterization tools link the architectural decision finding with the planning by the engineers.
